1)      Resident Architect – Based in Tatau, Bintulu, Sarawak

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (minimum LAM Part II registered);
• Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 4 years site experience;
• Good knowledge of construction and contractual matters;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Architecture and Navisworks will be an advantage;
• Well-versed in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Able to work independently and well-versed in all aspects of project administration, progress monitoring, supervision, and coordination with all construction team members;
• Appointment is on a contract basis

2)      Inspector of Works (Architectural) – Based in Tatau, Bintulu Sarawak

• Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Architecture/Building or equivalent qualification (registered as IOW with LAM) ;
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in architectural works supervision, preferably with site experience in large-scale building projects;
• Good knowledge of architectural details, materials, specifications, and quality standards;
• Familiar with construction drawings, site inspection procedures, and report preparation;
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of BIM software (Autodesk Revit Architecture, Navisworks) will be an advantage;
• Able to monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements;
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Able to work independently on site and liaise with consultants, contractors, and client representatives;
• Appointment is on a contract basis.
