Experience :

(1) Architect

Minumum 5 years’ work experience
Master’s Degree in Architecture (Part 1 & 2 LAM Recognised or equivalent)
Fluent written & verbal communication in English
Organisational, project management and planning skills
Leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
Proficient CAD & 3D modelling skills; BIM is a plus

(2) Graduate Architect

Master’s Degree in Architecture (Part 1 & 2 LAM Recognised or equivalent)
Fluent written & verbal communication in English
Organisational, project management and planning skills
Proficient CAD & 3D modelling skills; BIM is a plus

Other Attributes :

(1) Architect

Leadership skills and the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
A desire to produce high quality technical work in a design focused practice
A positive working attitude is a must

(2) Graduate Architect

A desire to produce high quality technical work in a design focused practice
Preferably some work experience, but a positive working attitude is a bonus
