1) Senior Architect

• Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (Part 2)
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural practice experience
• Strong technical and construction detailing knowledge
• BIM knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong leadership capability with ability to lead, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects and teams
• Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and well-versed with local authority requirements and building regulations
• Ability to oversee and mentor junior staff where necessary

2) Graduate Architect (Part 2)

• Recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (Part 2)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
• Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup and design software (Revit / BIM knowledge is an added advantage)
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Attention to detail and familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures
