• Possess a bachelor / Master in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant architectural
  design environment

2) Architectural Inspector of Works - based in Tanjung Manis / Oya

• Minimum 15 years working experience in relevant field
• Experience in site inspection, quality control, construction
  supervision, and reviewing drawings / specifications
• A team player and possess strong project coordination skills
• Able to deal with all levels of people
• Appointment is based on contract basis

3) Draughtspersons - based in Kuching

• Possess Architectural Draughtsmanship Diploma and
  proficient with AutoCAD drafting / BIM drafting techniques
• Minimum 10 years working experience
• Competent in Sketchup, Lumion, 3D presentation
• Knowledge of building and construction technology
