Assistant Resident Architect
1. Must be below 50 years of age.
2. Min. 10 years working experience related to construction supervision on site.
3. Candidates must possess a Diploma In Architecture (Part 1) or equivalent / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
4. To liaise and coordinate with the contractor on all site matters.
5. Well versed in all aspects of project administration, including site contract monitoring, supervision and liaison with Client’s representatives.
6. Computer literate and good communication skills.
7. Excellent architectural design experience, high energy and motivation.
8. Knowledge in BIM and well versed with ISO and QAQC is an advantage.
9. Bumiputera is preferred.
Inspector-of-Works (Architectural)
1. Must be below 50 years of age.
2. Min. 5 years working experience in government/housing projects.
3. Candidates must possess a Diploma In Architecture (Part 1) or equivalent.
4. Well versed in all aspects of project administration, including site contract monitoring and supervision.
5. Computer literate and good communication skills.
6. Knowledge in BIM and well versed with ISO and QAQC is an advantage.
7. Bumiputera is preferred.
