Firm Introduction

INTERGRASI REKA SDN BHD, established in 2009, is a growing firm based in East Malaysia. We aim to provide architectural solutions ranging from building design services, master-planning, project implementation, interior design and landscaping.

Our client ranges from individuals, businesses, developers, industries and institutions. Our strong belief in quality design, functional detailing and workable solutions has greatly attributed to the success of many works undertaken. We pride ourselves in proactive involvement with clients, builders and other professionals, from the design stage to the realization of the project.

Bucida Residence

A new concept approach towards landed housing. Targeting young age group to purchase property for investment/stay purposes. The design approach is more towards modern and simplicity. Open fencing and car porch sharing for a more spacious space sharing.

Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah SIMUNJAN

A 2-storey district office located 2 hours from town. The façade design is a biomimetic product from book shelve. Responding to the existing land level and sun orientation, the design is break into two blocks with a open double volume courtyard for landscaping.

7-storey Residence Apartment

A recently completed project at Stutong, Kuching. Unit design varies partly at different levels to create surface contrast at the exterior. The front wall is highlighted with a high-volume arch to enhance the classical design language.

B-House

On going 3-storey detached house at Pollarwood, Kuching. High floor to floor height to create a more spacious interior space as requested by the client. A modern approach in term of the façade top with a generous gable roof, to fit in the monotonous colour scheme.
