Experience :
Experience, Task & Responsibilities:
1) Architect
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from recognised institution
- To prepare overall planning, designing, and contract management of the project
- To prepare site feasibility report, conceptual design and presentation drawings
- To liase with Local Authorities for the purpose of plan approval
2) Resident Architect (RA)
- To coordinate with C&S and M&E team.
- To work well independently and on a team to solve problems.
- To do site assessment of work done and preparation of monthly progress report and quality control report.
- To fulfil the duties relevant to the post for any other works deemed necessary
- Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM)
3) Inspector of Work (IOW)
- Possess relevant Certificate/Diploma from recognised Institution
- Preferably with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia's (LAM) registration of IOW
- To carry out site inspection and supervision of Architectural works to ensure that the construction works are according to the contract drawings and specifications
- To record construction site activities, contractor’s manpower and machineries on site.
- To assist assessment of work done and preparation of monthly progress  report and quality control report.
- To fulfil the duties relevant to the post for any other works deemed necessary
