Ivy Jong intends for it to be a platform for growth with like- minded partners on their architectural journey. ATSB works ranges from the public to the private, through a series of projects, Ivy will talk about their objective to capture the essence of each site in relation to their respective client’s aspiration and requirements.

ZXW Singapore – Belief

Wong Zi Xin graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Masters of Architecture in 2012, having spent a pivotal half year in Kuching as an intern. She is currently working in her third year as a graduate architect in Singapore. She has a fondness for transient design – things that intervene into our daily lives and enriches it for a day, and if lucky, a lifetime. She feels that everyone has the right to navigate through this world at their own pace, and their own way. In her talk, she examines one graduate architect’s growth and her creation of meaning in the practice of architecture, which in turn shapes one’s attitude in the making of architecture, and ultimately our attitude and intellectual growth as we navigate through this life.

It will cover an overview of the two sets of laws in force in West Malaysia and Sarawak and point out the major differences. A brief outline of the certification process under the housing acts and ordinances and the management of quality in relation to this certification is reviewed. Managing common defects and complaint is also considered.
